Embohdi (“we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes you to a partnership rooted in trust, empowerment, and holistic well-being. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, resources, and systems designed to support your body’s innate ability to heal (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you may not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of future updates, which we’ll communicate via email or our website.

2. Our Services

Embohdi provides holistic wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching and consultations.

  • Group workshops, webinars, and guided wellness programs.

  • Customized resources (e.g., meditation guides, somatic exercises, nutritional plans).

  • Digital courses and community support platforms.

3. Your Responsibilities

Openness & Participation:

  • Provide accurate health and wellness information to ensure safe, personalized support.

  • Actively engage in sessions and communicate openly about your needs.

Confidentiality:

  • All personal health details shared during sessions remain confidential.

  • Respect the privacy of others in group settings; do not disclose peers’ information.

Personal Commitment:

  • You are responsible for your wellness journey. While we provide tools and guidance, outcomes depend on your dedication and unique circumstances.

4. Payment & Refunds

Fees:

  • Service costs are outlined in your program agreement or at checkout. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid fees may result in paused Services.

Exceptions:

  • In rare cases (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Ownership:

  • All materials (e.g., courses, guides, meditations) are owned by Embohdi. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them without written consent.

Prohibited Actions:

  • No white-labeling, repackaging, or derivative use of our Services, including:

    • Wellness plans, custom routines, or somatic exercises.

    • Digital courses, workshop content, or community resources.

    • Branded tools like the Embohdi Wellness Framework™.

  • Violations will result in immediate termination of access.

Your Content:

  • You retain rights to materials you share (e.g., journal entries, feedback). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for Service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., emotional distress, financial loss) arising from Service use.

  • You agree to indemnify us against claims related to your actions or misuse of Services.

7. Termination

Either party may end the partnership with written notice. You remain responsible for fees incurred prior to termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law. Disputes will be resolved in Knoxville courts.
